Description The issue is related to a null pointer dereference vulnerability in the devices/vector/gdevtxtw.c and psi/zbfont.c components of Ghostscript. This vulnerability can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted postscript file.
Recommendations For versions prior to 9.51, update to version 9.51 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the vulnerable components devices/vector/gdevtxtw.c and psi/zbfont.c to minimize the risk of exploitation.
