Description
The issue is related to pointer dereference errors, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to cause a denial of service. In the BT ATT dissector, a crash could occur due to unvalidated opcodes.
Recommendations
For Wireshark versions 3.0.x through 3.0.7, update to version 3.0.8 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider disabling the BT ATT dissector until a patch is available.
