Description
A heap-buffer-overflow issue exists in the
sbr qmf analysis 32 function located in sbr qmf.c. This allows an attacker to cause code execution. The vulnerability is related to a buffer overflow, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to access confidential data, compromise data integrity, and cause a denial of service.Recommendations
For faad2 versions 2.10.0 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider disabling the
sbr qmf analysis 32 function until a patch is available.
