Description:

A flaw was found in GLib where GVariant deserialization is vulnerable to an exponential blowup issue. This issue can cause excessive processing when a crafted GVariant is deserialized, leading to denial of service. The vulnerability is related to the restoration of invalid data in memory, which can be exploited to cause a service disruption.

At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
