Description
The issue is related to a race condition in the Linux kernel. It allows bypassing systrace policies by flooding the ptraced process with SIGCONT signals, which can wake up a PTRACED process.

For versions prior to 2.4.36-rc1, update to version 2.4.36-rc1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of SIGCONT signals to minimize the risk of exploitation.
