Description The issue allows local users to use other users' certificates or private keys when making a connection via the file path when adding a new connection.

Recommendations For NetworkManager versions 0.9 and earlier, consider restricting access to the certificate and private key files until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the file path to add new connections in affected versions. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
