Cypress PSoC 4 BLE component versions 3.61 and earlier

This allows attackers within radio range to cause a denial of service, resulting in a crash, by sending a crafted BLE Link Layer frame.
Recommendations
For Cypress PSoC 4 BLE component versions 3.61 and earlier, update to a version later than 3.61 to resolve the issue.
