CVE-2019-18868

CVSS v3.1

9.8

Critical

VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions: Blaauw Remote Kiln Control versions through v3.00r4
Description: The issue allows an unauthenticated attacker to access MySQL credentials in cleartext. The credentials can be found in files such as /engine/db.inc, /lang/nl.bak, or /lang/en.bak.
Recommendations: For versions through v3.00r4, consider restricting access to the /engine/db.inc, /lang/nl.bak, and /lang/en.bak files to prevent unauthorized access to MySQL credentials. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to these files until a patch is available. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
