Description: The issue allows an attacker to spoof a trusted entity by using a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack, due to the software either not validating, or incorrectly validating, a certificate.
Recommendations: For Nessus AMI versions 8.12.0 and earlier, update to a version later than 8.12.0 to resolve the issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
