Description: In the Scanner::LiteralBuffer::NewCapacity function of scanner.cc, there is a possible out of bounds write due to an integer overflow. This could lead to remote code execution if an attacker can supply a malicious PAC file, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
Recommendations: For Android versions Android-8.1 through Android-11, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
