Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Android versions 9 through 12
Description
A denial of service issue exists due to a tapjacking/overlay attack in the UserDetailsActivity of AndroidManifest.xml. This could lead to a local denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed, requiring user interaction for exploitation.
Recommendations
For Android versions 9 through 12, consider restricting access to the UserDetailsActivity to minimize the risk of exploitation until a patch is available. As a temporary workaround, avoid using the affected activity until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
