Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce versions prior to 6.5.12
Description:
The issue allows low privilege users, such as Subscribers, to perform SQL injection attacks when the WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce plugin is used in combination with another WCFM - WooCommerce Multivendor plugin, such as WCFM - WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace. This is due to the
withdrawal vendor parameter not being escaped before use in a SQL statement.Recommendations:
For versions prior to 6.5.12, update to version 6.5.12 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the SQL statement that uses the
withdrawal vendor parameter until a patch is available. Avoid using the withdrawal vendor parameter in SQL statements until the issue is resolved.Exploit
