Description The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Portal component of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools, allowing an unauthenticated attacker with logon to the infrastructure to compromise PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools, potentially resulting in a takeover of the application.
