Description: The issue is related to improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts. An attacker can perform an arbitrary number of authentication attempts using different passwords on the /web/frames/ endpoint and eventually gain access to a targeted account. This issue only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.

Recommendations: For CA eHealth Performance Manager versions 6.3.2.12 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
