CVSS v3.1
9.6
Critical
| Vector | AV:A/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions:
SITEL CAP/PRX firmware version 5.2.01
Description:
The issue concerns the use of a hardcoded password in the firmware. An attacker with access to the device could modify these credentials, potentially leaving administrators without access to the device.
Recommendations:
For SITEL CAP/PRX firmware version 5.2.01, consider changing the hardcoded password to a unique, secure password to prevent unauthorized access. As a temporary workaround, restrict access to the device to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
