Description The issue is a stack buffer overflow in the Data Transfer component of Google Chrome on Linux, allowing a remote attacker to perform out of bounds memory access via a crafted HTML page. This can potentially enable the attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For versions prior to 88.0.4324.182, update to version 88.0.4324.182 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to crafted HTML pages until the update is applied.
