Description: The TIBCO EBX Web Server component contains a vulnerability that under certain specific conditions allows an attacker to enter a password other than the legitimate password and it will be accepted as valid.

Recommendations: For TIBCO EBX versions 5.8.123 and below, update to a version above 5.8.123. For TIBCO EBX versions 5.9.3 through 5.9.14, update to a version above 5.9.14. For TIBCO EBX versions 6.0.0 through 6.0.1, update to a version above 6.0.1. For TIBCO Product and Service Catalog powered by TIBCO EBX version 1.0.0, update to a version above 1.0.0. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the TIBCO EBX Web Server component until a patch is available.
