Description
The issue is related to an improper neutralization of special elements used in an SQL command, also known as SQL Injection. This allows an attacker to disclose device, users, and database information via crafted HTTP requests.
Recommendations
For Fortinet FortiWLM versions 8.6.1 and below, update to a version above 8.6.1 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the SQL command functionality to minimize the risk of exploitation. Avoid using crafted HTTP requests that could trigger the SQL Injection until the issue is resolved.
