Description The issue is related to a Use After Free vulnerability, which allows an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file. This can be done using a specially crafted PDF file.

For versions 2020.001.30018 and earlier, update to a version later than 2020.001.30018 to resolve the issue. For versions 2017.011.30188 and earlier, update to a version later than 2017.011.30188 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of Adobe Reader DC to open PDF files from untrusted sources until a patch is available.
