Description
The issue is related to the use of a hard-coded cryptographic key in the Dell PowerPath Management Appliance. A local high-privileged malicious user may potentially exploit this to gain access to secrets and elevate to gain higher privileges.

For versions 2.6, 3.0, 3.0 P01, 3.1, 3.2, consider disabling any functionality that relies on the hard-coded cryptographic key until a patch is available.
Restrict access to sensitive areas of the appliance to minimize the risk of exploitation.
Avoid using the appliance for sensitive operations until the issue is resolved.
