Description:
The issue concerns the handling of allowed IPs in Wireguard, specifically the failure to free empty intermediate nodes when removing a single node. This problem was introduced in Linux Kernel version v5.6 and is fixed in version v5.12.10. The actual impact and attack plausibility of this issue have not yet been proven.
Recommendations:
