Description:
The issue is related to an overflow check on 64-bit architectures in the drm/msm/submit component. It was introduced in version v5.11 and fixed in version v5.15. The actual impact and attack plausibility have not yet been proven.
Recommendations:
For Linux Kernel versions v5.11 through v5.14, update to version v5.15 or later to resolve the issue.
For Linux Kernel version v5.15 before the fix, apply the patch commit 95c58291ee709424557996891926a05a32c5b13a to resolve the issue.
