Description:
The issue is related to undefined behavior in the
ComplexUnitsConverter::applyRounder function. Additionally, there are fixes for memory problems, assertion issues, and other improvements for ECMA-402 conformance. The update also includes support for Unicode 13, new languages, and region containment changes.Recommendations:
For icu versions 66.1 through 67.1, update to version 68.1 or later to fix memory problems and assertion issues.
For icu versions 68.1 through 68.2, update to version 69.1 to fix undefined behavior in
ComplexUnitsConverter::applyRounder and other issues.
