Description: The issue is related to errors in the code of the Document Management component. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Document Management and Collaboration, resulting in unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data. Successful attacks can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of data.

Recommendations: For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, update to a version outside of this range to mitigate the risk.
