Description: The issue is related to insufficient access control in the Bank Account Transfer component of Oracle Cash Management in Oracle E-Business Suite. This can allow a remote attacker to modify, add, or delete data and gain unauthorized access to protected information. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as complete access to all accessible data in Oracle Cash Management.
