Description
The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Client component of Oracle Secure Global Desktop. This can be exploited by a remote attacker to gain full control over the application or execute arbitrary code using the TLS protocol. The vulnerability is easily exploitable and requires human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks can result in the takeover of Oracle Secure Global Desktop and may significantly impact additional products.

For Oracle Secure Global Desktop version 5.6, consider disabling the Client component until a patch is available to prevent exploitation. Restrict access to the TLS protocol to minimize the risk of takeover.
