Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the SQR component of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools. This allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the application. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to data, including update, insert, or delete access to some data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data. Additionally, it can cause a partial denial of service (DOS) of PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools.

Recommendations For versions 8.56, 8.57, and 8.58, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
