Description The issue concerns several security problems in PHP, including integer overflows in mysqli real escape string() and substr replace(), and a heap buffer overflow via str repeat(). Additionally, there are issues with symlinks being followed when creating PHAR archives, shmop being unable to read beyond 2147483647 bytes, and a heap overflow in msg send(). There's also a problem with ZipArchive::extractTo() extracting files outside of the destination directory. Furthermore, issues with preloading and statically bound closures can cause a segfault, and shmop open() may fail to attach and cause PHP to crash.
