Description
The issue is related to a buffer overflow vulnerability when parsing a specially crafted SVG file, which can allow an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file.
Recommendations
For Adobe Photoshop versions 21.2.11 and earlier, update to a version later than 21.2.11 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Photoshop versions 22.5 and earlier, update to a version later than 22.5 to resolve the issue.
As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of SVG files in Adobe Photoshop until a patch is available.
