CVSS v2.0

High
| Vector | AV:N/AC:L/Au:N/C:C/I:C/A:C |
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Google Chrome versions prior to 95.0.4638.69
Description
The issue is related to a use after free in the Sign-In component, which can be exploited by a remote attacker who convinces a user to sign into Chrome. This can potentially lead to heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. The attacker could execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service using a specially crafted web page.
Recommendations
For Google Chrome versions prior to 95.0.4638.69, update to version 95.0.4638.69 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the Sign-In feature until a patch is applied. Avoid using crafted HTML pages that could exploit the heap corruption vulnerability.
