Description
The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability that could allow an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. This can be done by exploiting a buffer overflow in memory. Exploitation requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file, allowing a remote attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code on the target system.
Recommendations
For Adobe Media Encoder versions 15.4.1 and earlier, at the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
