Description
The issue is related to an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass mitigations such as ASLR. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction, in that a victim must open a malicious file. This could potentially allow a remote attacker to elevate their privileges and gain unauthorized access to protected information.
Recommendations
For Adobe After Effects versions 22.0 (and earlier) and 18.4.2 (and earlier), update to a version that is not affected by this vulnerability.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
