Description The issue is related to a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This could allow an attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields. When a victim browses to the page containing the vulnerable field, malicious JavaScript may be executed in their browser. The vulnerability is also described as being related to insufficient protection of the web page structure, which could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.10.0 and below: update to a version above 6.5.10.0 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Experience Manager's Cloud Service offering: consider disabling vulnerable form fields until a patch is available. Restrict access to pages that contain these fields to minimize the risk of exploitation.
