Description
The issue is related to a use-after-free vulnerability, which can be exploited by an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. This requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious PDF file. The vulnerability allows attackers to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations
For Adobe Acrobat Reader DC versions 2021.001.20155 and earlier, update to a version later than 2021.001.20155 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Acrobat Reader DC versions 2020.001.30025 and earlier, update to a version later than 2020.001.30025 to resolve the issue.
For Adobe Acrobat Reader DC versions 2017.011.30196 and earlier, update to a version later than 2017.011.30196 to resolve the issue.
