Description The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability that occurs when parsing a specially crafted file, potentially allowing an unauthenticated attacker to achieve remote code execution in the context of the current user. This can happen when a victim opens a malicious file, which requires user interaction for exploitation. The vulnerability is also described as a buffer overflow issue in memory, which can be exploited by a remote attacker using a specially crafted PDF file to execute arbitrary code.
Recommendations For Adobe Illustrator version 25.2 and earlier, update to a version that contains a fix for this issue to prevent remote code execution vulnerabilities. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
