Description The issue is related to client-side code injection through a specially crafted Feature Flag name in GitLab, allowing an attacker to send PUT requests on behalf of other users via a link. This is due to insufficient filtering of Feature Flag descriptions, which can be exploited by a remote attacker to impact data integrity.
Recommendations For GitLab CE/EE versions 11.9 and later, update to a version that includes the fix for this issue. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
