Description The issue is related to a memory corruption vulnerability when parsing a specially crafted file, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation requires user interaction, where a victim must open a malicious file.
Recommendations For Adobe Photoshop versions 21.2.5 and earlier, update to a version later than 21.2.5 to resolve the issue. For Adobe Photoshop versions 22.2 and earlier, update to a version later than 22.2 to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider avoiding the use of specially crafted files that could trigger the memory corruption vulnerability until a patch is available.
