Description The issue is related to insufficient input validation in the Authorization component of Oracle Public Sector Financials (International). This allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful attacks can result in unauthorized access to critical data, including creation, deletion, or modification of data. The attacker can gain access to all Oracle Public Sector Financials (International) accessible data.

Recommendations For versions 12.1.1 through 12.1.3, consider restricting access to the Authorization component until a fix is available. As a temporary workaround, limit the use of HTTP protocol for sensitive operations to minimize the risk of exploitation. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
