Description A logic issue was addressed with improved state management. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to universal cross site scripting. The issue is related to the WPE WebKit module, which is vulnerable due to inadequate protection of web page structure. Exploitation of this issue may allow a remote attacker to impact data integrity.

Recommendations For macOS Monterey versions prior to 12.0.1, update to macOS Monterey 12.0.1 or later. For iOS versions prior to 15.1, update to iOS 15.1 or later.
