Description A null pointer de-reference was found in the way Samba Kerberos server handled missing sname in TGS-REQ (Ticket Granting Server - Request). An authenticated user could use this flaw to crash the Samba server. The issue is related to errors in pointer dereferencing, allowing a remote attacker to cause a denial of service.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
