Description
The issue exists due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input in the web-based management interface, allowing an authenticated, remote attacker to perform a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) attack. This could enable the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected interface or access sensitive, browser-based information. The attacker would need valid administrative credentials to exploit this issue.
Recommendations
To resolve the issue, update the Cisco Tetration software to a version that includes the fix for this problem.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
