VectorAV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The issue is related to errors in security settings of the xsk component in the Linux kernel. Exploitation of this issue may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code and elevate their privileges. The problem is caused by the failure to return xsk buffers to the pool when cleaning the ring, leading to buffer leakage. To address this, a missing xsk buff free() call has been added to the routine responsible for cleaning the ring entries.
