Description
The issue affects the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Core, which is a fundamental component of the AlmaLinux Certificate System. It involves errors related to the reinstall of ipa-replica and certificate operations. Specifically, the reinstall of the same ipa-replica fails with a 'RuntimeError: CA configuration failed' message, and there is an error in certificate operations due to an inability to communicate with CMS, resulting in a 403 error.
