Description
The System Security Services Daemon (SSSD) service manages access to remote directories and authentication mechanisms, providing the Name Service Switch (NSS) and the Pluggable Authentication Modules (PAM) interfaces. It has a pluggable back-end system to connect to multiple different account sources. Issues have been identified, including a requirement for the krb5 symbol "krb5 unmarshal credentials" only available in the latest AlmaLinux8.5 krb5 libraries, and an issue with the AD Domain in the AD Forest missing after the latest SSSD update.
