Description
The issue is related to a missing permission check in GBoard, allowing for a possible bypass of Factory Reset Protection. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not required for exploitation.

For Android versions Android-10 through Android-12, consider restricting access to sensitive features until a patch is available.
