Description The issue allows unauthenticated remote attackers to toggle the Thread Contention and CPU monitoring settings via a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the "/secure/admin/ViewInstrumentation.jspa" endpoint.

Recommendations For versions prior to 8.13.16, update to version 8.13.16 or later. For versions 8.14.0 through 8.20.5, update to version 8.20.6 or later. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the "/secure/admin/ViewInstrumentation.jspa" endpoint until a patch is available.
