Description The issue allows for denial of service via packet injection or crafted capture file due to large loops in multiple protocol dissectors.
Recommendations For Wireshark versions 3.4.0 through 3.4.11, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue. For Wireshark versions 3.6.0 through 3.6.1, update to a version outside of this range to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the use of the protocol dissectors until a patch is available.
