VectorAV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions SpeakOut! Email Petitions WordPress plugin versions prior to 2.14.15.1
Description The issue is related to SQL Injection, where the id parameter is not properly sanitised and escaped before being used in a SQL statement via the dk speakout sendmail AJAX action. This can be exploited by unauthenticated users.
Recommendations For versions prior to 2.14.15.1, update to version 2.14.15.1 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the dk speakout sendmail AJAX action to minimise the risk of exploitation.
