CVE-2022-1687

CVSS v2.0

4.0

Medium

VectorAV:N/AC:L/Au:S/C:N/I:P/A:N
Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Logo Slider WordPress plugin versions 1.4.8 and earlier
Description The issue concerns an SQL Injection problem. It occurs because the lsp slider id parameter is not properly sanitised and escaped before being used in a SQL statement via the Manage Slider Images admin page. This allows for potential SQL injection attacks.
Recommendations For Logo Slider WordPress plugin versions 1.4.8 and earlier, as a temporary workaround, consider restricting access to the Manage Slider Images admin page until a patch is available. Avoid using the lsp slider id parameter in the affected SQL statement until the issue is resolved. At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
