Description The trudesk application has an issue where large characters can be inserted into the Full Name input field on the signup page, allowing attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted HTTP request. This can lead to a denial of service.

Recommendations For versions prior to 1.2.2, update to version 1.2.2 or later to resolve the issue. As a temporary workaround, consider restricting the character limit in the Full Name input field to prevent large character inserts.
